Daemty's only revenue is a thin sliver of the optional convenience fee tenants pay to pay online — capped at $2 per payment — and tenants who pay by check or cash pay nothing at all. You can also choose, per property, to absorb the fee for your tenants.
Most of the convenience fee is the payment processor's own cost. Daemty keeps only 0.1% of a card payment and 0.15% of a bank payment — capped at $2 per payment, either way.
